Football Watch Party - September 9

Pistol Pete sez Ride'em Cowboys!Join other Cowboys in the KC area at the Fox & Hound in Overland Park as we cheer on the Pokes to a second victory. The Pokes have not been 2-0 in three consecutive seasons since the 1983, 1984 and 1985 teams.

The team travels to Little Rock, Arkansas for a 6:05 p.m. contest against Arkansas State. ASU students tore down the goalposts last week after beating Army. ASU was a bowl team in the 2005 season.

ESPNU is televising the game, but it appears this network is not available on Kansas City area cable services. The Fox & Hound promises us coverage from kickoff until the final tick of the clock. Pistol Pete sez, "You better be there. Wearing orange too. Ride'em Cowboys!"
