Soccer Team Reaches Highest Ranking
Congratulations to the OSU women's soccer team on being ranked 16th in the Oct. 2 Soccer America poll. This is the highest ranking in Cowgirls soccer history. The team just came home from a win over then-ranked No. 11 Texas and sports a 9-2-1 record. The Cowgirls were ranked No. 22 in the prior poll.Notre Dame (11-0) leads the poll. The other Big 12 Conference teams ranked are Texas A&M (8-3-1) at No. 8, Texas (8-3-1) at No. 18, and Colorado (7-2-2) at No. 24.
The Cowgirls next take on Iowa State on Friday, Oct. 6, at 7 p.m. and Missouri on Sunday, Oct. 8, at 1 p.m. Both games will be in Stillwater.
