The Cowboys will take to the football field within the next few weeks with their first contest a tough one against the Georgia Bulldogs. That game is Labor Day weekend, Sept. 1, starting at 5:45 p.m.

Your new KC Cowboys Chapter Leadership is busy working to plan a watch party for that game. Within the next week, be sure to check your e-mail for an important announcement regarding our chapter's watch parties.

The Sept. 14 game against Troy University and the Sept. 22 game against Texas Tech already have been slotted for television coverage. A link to this season's schedule has been added to the left navigation section.

The 2007-2008 basketball schedule recently was announced. A school record of 16 games will be televised nationally. The season opens Nov. 2 with an exhibition game. The first televised game is Nov. 19 against LSU. The Pokes open conference play Jan. 12 against Texas Tech. A link to this season's schedule has been added to the left navigation section.
