It's a new season and we are pleased to announce a new location for our chapter's football watch parties! We will kick off football season with a watch party at Paddy O'Quigley's Crossroads for OSU's season-opening game at the University of Georgia. The game is Saturday, Sept. 1 at 5:45 p.m.

Paddy O'Quigley's Crossroads, located at 20th and Walnut (100 East 20th), is a local establishment. Their management has graciously agreed to provide our group with space, big screen TVs, sound, great service, and good food for our watch parties! The venue's website is oquigleys-crossroads.com. We think this new location will be a hit with all of you. Because it is centrally located downtown, the hope is that OSU alumni, friends and fans all over the metro will have easy access.

Put on your orange and come on downtown to join other KC Cowboy fans and cheer the Pokes to a huge victory!

We also are pleased to announce that a new team has assembled to keep the KC Alumni Chapter active and strong. Several new volunteers have expressed interest in becoming chapter leaders, and the transition is underway. We recently met to discuss the chapter. We have a slate of officers for the coming year that all of you, as chapter members, will have the opportunity to vote on. The vote will take place Sept. 22 during halftime at our chapter watch party. We hope you will join us for the watch party, meet the new slate of officers and support them with your vote!
